Pre-Order Policy

Payment is due at time of purchase. We accept Sezzle, PayPal and Major Credit Cards.

If you bought several items with free shipping option your package may be held to ship all together. We sometimes receive multiple shipments from our supplier at different times in the month. So we will ship ASAP when we receive them.

Pre-Order Cancellation Policy

Pre-Orders are non-refundable. To request to cancel a Pre-Order, we will issue a store credit to use on a future purchase at Owley Boutique. Store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card and can be used on anything in the store including future Pre-Orders and In-Stock items.

Pre-Order Refund Policy

All Pre-Order cancellations will be subject to 20% cancellation fee. As another option (before item has shipped) you may choose to have your full purchase amount as store credit or exchange for a similar value item available at our store.

Reason for the 20% Fees

We would like to be clear the 20% fee is to cover Credit Card processing fees. Depending on your payment type we get charged a Credit Card processing fee plus flat rates per transaction. Our website provider/PayPal/Sezzle/Amazon Pay/Apple Pay all make money off our sales. We also pay our affiliates commissions when you use their coupon codes. If an order is cancelled after payment we do not get the credit card processing fees refunded to our account. We also do not want to take away any commissions from our affiliates when their coupon codes are used.

We understand when items need to be cancelled and refunded and please understand we have to pay for each transaction that is refunded.

From Loungefly- The products are being produced on time but unfortunately there is a massive container shortage from Loungefly China to California. For the rest of 2021-2022 all Loungefly products will have a 1-2 month delay. Often times some mini backpacks might arrive without the matching wallets.
